engaging with Instability in ways that are "juicy, dextrous, and strong"....
I’ve noticed my own tendencies that when I’ve been hurt physically or even emotionally, my first reaction is towards “fight, flight or freeze”, yet as I’ve practiced being with my first reactions, breathing into and through my sensations and experience a bit longer, I find that more possibilities arise. I discover that I am more likely, with that extra Pause & Breath, to Respond (instead of react).
